China Glaze Moonlight

So...FIRST POST. -throws confetti all around- pretty exciting... I know.

For this post I swatched China Glaze's Moonlight from their Blush collection. I picked this up on a whim while I was at Sally's the other day. I'm not big on sheers but this color was a really beautiful milky white so I couldn't pass it up.

Look how gorgeous that color is... However, thats as far as it goes for me. So I wanted to make it opaque...

Please ignore the weird looking cuticles haha I had on black nail polish before. Well Moonlight took 4 COATS! And it wasn't entirely opaque (completely understandable though as it's a very sheer color) but I did not want to waste anymore time or have an inch of nail polish on my nails. Also it kept bubbling which just added to my frustration and was difficult to get on the nail without using a glob. So formula was definitely not my favorite to work with. Overall this is a gorgeous color however I would skip it if you want this to be opaque on your nails or hate VNL. If you like this as a sheer, then its worth getting. I look weird with white nail polish on, although it does make me look tanner haha.
